At BRU Eyewear, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

United States Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • We charge a 4% restocking fee on all returns.
  • If you would like a shipping label provided by BRU, we will deducted a flat rate of  $10 from the refund of your order. Alternatively if you would like to return at your own expense, please ship the product back to the below address.

International Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost.

  • Exchanges for a different style or color are subject to availability.

  • Please reach out to our support team to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.

  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
