SHIPPING
What locations do you ship to?
We ship worldwide with FedEx & DHL.
Are there any extra costs like customs fees or sale taxes?
Shipping price does not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside of the United States. These expenses are not the responsibility of the brand and must be borne by the recipient of the parcel.
The customer assumes full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges in the event they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders are processed within 24hrs business days, not including holidays.
Can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped from our warehouse.
RETURNS
How do I return my order?
Simply go to this page and following instructions accordingly.
The product must be in perfect conditions and the original labels need to be included.
How long do I have to return my order?
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Do I have to pay for my return?
If you would like a shipping label provided by BRU, we will deduct a flat rate of $10 from the refund of your order. You can also return at your own expense.
We charge a 4% restocking fee.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges for a different style or color are subject to availability. Please reach out to support@brueyewear.com to further assist you.
How long does my refund take?
It usually takes 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed once we have received, inspected and approved the product.
Can I return all the products?
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.
ORDERS
Can I make any changes to my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we can’t modify orders that have already been made. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible support@brueyewear.com before it gets shipped.
What payment options do you offer?
You can place your order via Credit card, Paypal or Shop Pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order can be canceled as long as your order has been been shipped out.

OTHER
What happens if my package got stolen?
BRU Eyewear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience this issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
Is it possible to purchase a gift card?
Yes, you can do it here.
How do I know which frame is right for me?
We’re known for our smaller-fitting sunglasses- but ultimately, you know best what you like and feel good in. A helpful tip is to check the measurements on a pair you already own (usually found on the inside arm) and compare them to our sizing to get a sense of fit.
What materials do you use?
All of our frames are made either with Bio Acetate or Stainless Steel. All of our lenses are made with CR39, TAC Polarized or Nylon
How do I take care of my pieces?
Keep your sunglasses in the BRU protective case when not in use to avoid scratches or damage. Use the BRU branded lens wipe for all lenses.
Try not to leave the sunglasses in direct sunlight or hot places (like a car dashboard), as heat can warp bio acetate frames and damage coatings.
Avoid prolonged contact with salt water or chlorine, which can corrode stainless steel parts and degrade lenses.
